Most Internet Service Providers -- such as Yahoo®, Hotmail®, and AOL®, along with most commercial spam filters - assign email senders a numeric score based on factors such as email authentication, bounce management, content, unsubscribe requests, and recipient complaints. If the score is too high, messages do not get delivered.

Technical Benchmarks

@utoRevenue supports the three main authentication protocols for our outbound email servers: Sender Provider Framework (SPF), Microsoft’s SenderID, and Yahoo’s DomainKeys. Our goal is to meet and beat the email industry’s technical expectations, giving us an automatic advantage toward deliverability.


Telephone Compliance

In 2008 the Federal Trade Commission issued a series of substantial changes in the telemarketing industry. Our sales-related, prerecorded calls now provide consumer-friendly features allowing recipients to designate their preference for future communications. Since September 2009, we have only delivered sales-based, prerecorded calls to those valued customers who have provided their consent, and provided you with the tools to collect permission. We also carefully scrub all phone numbers against the Federal Do Not Call List. Our goal is to maximize the power of voice communications while carefully remaining within all legal guidelines.
