@utoRevenue, an automotive eCRM company, records triple digit growth in 2004
Company generates millions in additional revenue for automotive dealerships
BOSTON, January 11, 2005 @utoRevenue, the nation's leader in permission based marketing for
the automotive industry, announced today that the company had grown over 120% in 2004, reached
the 4 million mark for sending permission based emails, and generated an estimated $20 million in
additional revenue for its auto dealership client base.
@utoRevenue's CEO, John M. Miller, reports that the privately held, Boston area company also more
than doubled the number of its employees and its customer base, expanded its headquarters in
Great Barrington, Ma., and added new sales offices and distributors throughout the county.
While we are proud of our corporate growth, says Miller, we are even more excited about the extra
revenues that @utoRevenue generated in 2004 for our customers. We estimate that auto dealers using
@utoRevenue's permission based products earned some $20 million in additional revenues in 2004 and
over $30 million since our company started operations in 2001.
@utoRevenue offers a suite of permission based, fully automated and integrated CRM communications
services that include database cleansing and management, email communications, voice message
communications, eNewsletter services and a direct mail program.
In 2004, @utoRevenue products generated thousands of online appointments for dealerships, dramatically
increasing the efficiency of the dealership's service writers, says Miller. Our products also
generated thousands of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys that enabled dealers to increase
their CSI efficiently and professionally. Dealerships received CSI survey results within hours, not
weeks, after customers left the dealerships, thanks to @utoRevenue, he adds.
Miller expects @utoRevenue's impressive growth to continue throughout 2005. Within the next thirty
days, our company will be introducing additional services designed to enhance our current product
offerings. With these additions, @utoRevenue will be able to handle all a dealership's outsourced
CRM needs, says Miller.
@utoRevenue will showcase its new products and entire product line at the company's booth 5943 at the
National Automobile Dealership Association convention in New Orleans, January 29 through
February 1, 2005.
@utoRevenue, www.autorevenue.com, based in Great Barrington, Ma., is the nation's leading full
service, fully automated CRM company in the automotive industry. John Miller, CEO, founded the
company in 2001 and has over 22 years experience in the auto industry as an executive at COIN,
KeyTrak, Inc., and Ultimate Prospecting Services, one of the first automotive vendor companies
that used database management to build customer satisfaction. All three companies grew to become
leaders in the automotive industry.
