@utoRevenue names new Vice President of Operations
Gaye Weinberger to direct day-to-day operations for @utoRevenue
Great Barrington, Ma., April 31, 2005 - @utoRevenue™, the nation's leader in permission based
marketing services for the automotive industry, announced today that Gaye Weinberger, the former
CIO/Senior Vice President of Information Technology for Aegis Communications Group of Dallas, has
joined @utoRevenue as Vice President of Operations.
As @utoRevenue's Vice President of Operations, Ms. Weinberger will oversee the day-to-day operations
at @utoRevenue including managing the financial and marketing divisions of the company. An experienced
technology executive, she has been part of management teams for several technology and
communications companies.
"Having worked with Gaye in the past gives me confidence that she will manage operations with the
highest level of integrity and customer service," said John M. Miller, @utoRevenue CEO. "Gaye has
a depth of management and automotive technology experience that's hard to find in our industry," he

One of Ms. Weinberger's first roles at @utoRevenue is to organize and build out the company's support
team to guarantee top notch customer support, according to Miller. "I am excited to be joining

talented team supporting them ensure the continued upward growth cycle of the company."
Before joining @utoRevenue, Ms. Weinberger was CIO/Senior Vice President of Information Technology
for Aegis Communications, a Dallas-based teleservices company, where she worked for eight years. In
her role as CIO/Senior Vice President of Information, she was responsible for regulatory compliance,
defining client requirements and developing and overseeing technology strategies. Before being
named to that position, she worked for Aegis as an Account Director, Site Director, and later as
Vice President of Implementations, Eastern Region.
Prior to Aegis, Ms. Weinberger worked for a number of years in the automotive industry. First, she
served as a member of the management team for COIN Systems, a provider of turnkey computer systems,
where her responsibilities included the start-up of a U.K. subsidiary. Later, she became Director of
Operations for Ultimate Prospecting Services, an automotive outbound call center and database
management company.
A graduate of Florida State University, Weinberger is a founding board member of the South-Central
Chapter of the American Teleservices Association as well as a member of the Association of
Information Technology Professionals, the Direct Marketing Association and the Incoming
Call Center Management.
