AutoRevenue now supports Ford and Lincoln-Mercury Dealers' multi-point inspection report card 99P
All car lines can take advantage of autoRevenue's e-Service Reminder
program that emails inspection report results to customers
LEE, MA., July 27, 2006 - To help Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealers
comply with sending customers the results of the Form 99P inspection
reports, @utoRevenue™ announced today that the company is now offering a
new service that automatically sends the inspection results via email to
the dealers' customers.
With @utoRevenue's automated inspection report emails, dealerships email
follow-up Critical Component Inspection Reports to customers after
scheduled service visits to notify them of the test results on the tires,
battery and brakes pads.
"The good news is that any service department for any car line can take
advantage of our new email reporting service," said John M. Miller, Founder
and General Manager of AutoRevenue. "This email service is definitely going
to boost business for a dealer's service department and make vehicle owners
thank the dealerships for alerting them to possible problems."
The email reports identify tire tread depth, alerting customers if their
vehicles' tires need replacing, balanced or rotated; show if brake pads are
in good condition or need to be replaced; and indicate if the battery needs
immediate attention.
The email messages also urge the customer to return to the dealership if
needed to replace the battery, tires or brake pads, and contain links the
customer can click on to schedule appointments with the dealership for tire
rotations, battery replacements and brake repairs.
The @utoRevenue inspection report email is part of @utoRevenue's popular e-
Service Reminders, permission-based emails sent to dealership customers to
reminding them their vehicles need servicing.
"Dealerships using @utoRevenue's email service are already experiencing
considerable increase in revenue," said Miller. "With the addition of this
new feature, customers returning to the dealership for tires, brake pad
replacement or new batteries should increase significantly from the
dealership's historic rates."
