@utoRevenue brings over 30,000 "LOST" customers back to dealerships in 2006
@utoRevenue generates millions in service business from
customers who have not been in for service for 12 months or more
LEE, Ma., December 5, 2006 - @utoRevenue™, the leading permission-
based marketing company in the automotive industry, predicted today that
email marketing campaigns initiated by the company will bring back over
31,000 "lost" customers to @utoRevenue clients for service work in 2006.
"We project that by year end our service email campaigns will have
recaptured an estimated 31,000 customers who have not been in for service
work for 12 months or more," says John M. Miller, General Manager of
@utoRevenue. "More importantly, our numbers show that those customers
will generate almost $13 million dollars in additional service repair
work for our dealers."
Consumers respond to emails at a much higher rate than any other
marketing effort that dealers use today, according to Miller. "Email is a
proven, effective method of getting customers who have not visited a
dealership in over a year to return to a dealership and spend a lot of
money," he says.
An @utoRevenue analysis of customers who respond to @utoRevenue email
marketing messages shows that the Top 20 franchises have already achieved
the following results from "lost" customers alone:
